Description:
This is a beautiful Itasca Spirit 31ft. motor home with only 15,000 miles and only one owner. It is a 2004 that we bought new off the showroom floor in 2005.
It is only for sale because we don't have time to use it, and it is too nice of a unit to not be out on the road.
It has one large slide in the living room. Kitchen with stove and oven. Entertainment center with TV. There is hookup for a second TV in the master bedroom in the back. There is a bunk above the driver and queen size bed in the back that lifts for tons of extra storage. The dinette and sofa also convert to beds.
In addition to the full shower and bathroom inside the coach, there is also an outside shower. It has a awning outside as well as an outside stereo system.
