Description:
For sale by owner 1995 class C Ford F350 Motor home. Has only 46400 original Miles. I have owned this unit for over 5 years and used it mostly on long trips to Florida and Back.
I will tell you the bad points and then the good. The hot water tank does not work as we have never needed it . Its there Just never used Don't know whats wrong with it.
As With any rubber Roof It go a leak and I didn't notice it so there is one area where the fiberglass is bubbled on drivers side above drivers door. Its been this way for couple years and driving
is not a problem just looks bad and deters from units value. I have taken this in to account on pricing the RV. THATS all THE Bad Issues
Now the Good. Unit is in overall very good condition furniture bed seats carpet all in good condition. It has queen size bed in back and lots of closet space. The couch makes out to a bed and you have the over the hood Queen bed area Which we just use as storage. Tires have great thread and Have less then 25000 miles on commercial tires. Oil has been changed every 3000 miles or less . Has Air adjuster shocks. Has lots and lots of under floor storage. Nice size 3 way refrig with freezer. Microwave and 4 burner LP gas stove. It has ducted heating and Air conditioning which works great. It has a 4000 onan Generator with only 90 hrs on it that works great. It has a tow hitch but I have never pulled anything behind unit.
Its has a automatic transmission with overdrive and tow haul button.
Engine is a v8 460 cubic inch engine.
Everyone wants to know about gas mileage so here is the scoop I average 8.5 miles to the gallon on my Florida trips. The lowest I ever got was 7.6 loaded and with head wind and best I ever got was 9.7 miles to the gallon . It will drive easy down the highway at 70 plus no problem but I usually drive about 64 Im never in a hurry.
Unit is approx 29 plus feet long.
It has gray water and separate sewer water holding tanks and has a fresh water holding tank with 12 volt pump .
A great vacation unit for long trips or camping in southern Il.
