Description:
MINT condition Class C RV (V-10 engine) for sale in Salem, NH. Just purchased in April 2006, used 3 times during the summer. We have hit an unfortunate bump in the road with our family, which is why we need to sell the rig. We need enough to cover the loan - $70,000. It is still brand new - it still smells new inside & I've kept it extremely clean. No smokers and no pets. It is a must see!
Inside:
This is a beautiful RV - cherry cabinets, leather front seats, beige design interior, queen bed that lifts for more storage underneath. The RV has TONS of storage space inside and out; drives like a dream.
Sleeps 5 comfortably although we have gotten 8 in there - 4 adults with 4 kids. There is a queen bed, pull out couch, convertible kitchenette and pull-out sliding bed (above the cab). The entertainment center is above the cab with a large television/dvd player and huge cabinets on both sides. Privacy curtains are already installed for that area. Every window is equipped with day/night shades - they're wonderful! We have a full windshield cover for the front windows in the cab for use at night or for more privacy. The electronic units inside are mostly RCA/Sylvania. Power windows, locks and mirrors.
Outside:
The rig runs on gas & has a full awning that can be pulled out & the slide-out has an automatic awning as well. The living room couch & kitchenette area is a slide-out. We had a backup camera installed and purchased an extended warranty, road hazzard/service plan and appliance agreements. It has a carbon monoxide/smoke/fire alarm installed. There are approx 2000 miles on it - most of that is from the dealer when they drove it from the manufacturer to the sales lot. It has A/C, oven & stove, microwave, frigerator/freezer. The shower is separate from the bathroom and we have electronic steps that open and close with the door. The rig uses an LP gas system unit for heating the water.
